You can’t manage what you don’t measure… so if you want to be more effective, regularly evaluate how and what you are doing. Document your progress.
Look for areas where you can improve productivity. Anticipate roadblocks that may delay or halt progress. Plan ahead for changes in direction caused by unforeseen problems.
Make changes that will exponentially increase your results. Remember Pareto’s Law; 20% of your efforts will contribute to 80% of your results. Don’t be afraid to cut back on low value tasks.
