You need to remind yourself every day of why you work so hard, what you’re trying to accomplish. If you’re trying to build a business or just work a job to make ends meet, it’s likely that your family is a huge part of your why. Keep reminding yourself of this every day.

Quotes can be an awesome way to stay motivated. Search the Internet for a few of your favorites and print them out. You can also get very creative and make nice borders, use some scrapbooking materials to add some pizazz to them. Make them visually appealing so you’re not only motivated by the saying but by looking at it too.
Write down your goals
By writing down your goals you make them more concrete. It’s almost like writing a contract with yourself. Having them on paper so you can look them over daily or weekly will help you stay motivated and working towards them.
