That is when I pull out this particular affirmation, and voice it over and over until I actually feel it’s power. Try it. Put a big old goofy smile on your face and repeat.
“I feel healthy. I feel happy. I feel terrific today!”
And then move on to your best day yet. Don’t allow yourself to backslide. Make this your very best day yet!
